Pay an Invoice
Settle a Helvetia Education Group invoice securely online. Please have your invoice number (for example HEG-2026-001) to hand.
Bank transfer
You may also settle your invoice by bank transfer to the account stated on your invoice. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference and send a copy of the transfer confirmation to info@helvetia-education.com.
Bank charges are borne by the payer. Payments are credited when received in full.
Instalments
Larger engagements are usually invoiced in instalments as set out in your engagement letter, for example a first instalment on signature and the balance at defined milestones. Each instalment carries its own invoice number.
